Title: Soursop Fruit Shake

1lbRipe soursop, peeled, seeded
  And sliced (OR a 1lb bag of
  Frozen soursop pulp, thaw
  Partially)
1 1/2cMilk
3tbSugar, or to taste
1cCrushed ice

Blend the soursop, milk and sugar in blender. Add ice, blend again until smooth. Adjust sugar to taste.

This is a popular drink at the Versailles Restaurant in Little Havana, Miami. In Spanish it is known as Batido de Guanabana.

Per serving: 278 calories, 8 g protein, 52 g carbohydrate, 6 g fat, 19 percent calories as fat, 3.6 g fiber, 25 mg cholesterol, 90 mg sodium.
